The first part is easy to address since we have always maintained the absolute confidentiality of any client’s assignments. We will not comment on the ratings of any client for which we have performed any advisory services in the last three years.

While other organizations must build and constantly monitor artificial barriers to separate their advisory and trading activities, we have taken a much more direct and simpler approach. Our employees are strictly prohibited from purchasing any instrument which might create even a potential conflict of interest.
